Fitalyze provides non-medical nutrition advice and AI-driven dietary tracking. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

The information provided by our AI Dietician is for general informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any new diet, fitness regime, or making significant changes to your nutrition profile, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are pregnant.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate health, demographic, and dietary information to receive accurate AI-driven responses.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use our specific AI resources for malicious purposes, spam, or reverse-engineering algorithms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, graphics, and underlying code for Fitalyze are the intellectual property of our company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our Application or Services, partially or entirely, without explicit prior written consent.

5. Subscription & Billing

Fitalyze may offer free and premium subscription tiers. If you subscribe to our premium AI-dietician services, your payment will be charged via the applicable App Store or Play Store according to their billing terms. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. App Store Availability

At present, we have "Coming Soon" banners for our mobile applications. As soon as the application is live on third-party mobile stores (like Apple's App Store or Google Play Store), you agree that obtaining, downloading, or using the Application implies agreement to those platforms' respective terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitalyze and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services, or any dietary advice provided by our AI models.
